It's that time of year again -- time to head to the AFP International Fundraising Conference! Kicking off this Sunday, this conference is one of the most premier fundraising conferences in the world and brings in fundraisers, philanthropists and service providers from around the world, and we are proud to be a part of it for another year!

This year's conference will include an Expo Hall filled to the brim with resources for nonprofits (yes, including ResultsPlus!), and service providers ready to answer your questions and teach you how to increase your fundraising effectiveness. The conference will also feature educational round table discussions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities and inspiring general sessions.

The opening general session, taking place on Sunday, April 15, will feature a keynote panel, Building Resilient Communities. Panelists will include Michael Hecht, President & CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc.; Ryan Mast, Director of the Office of Resilience and Sustainability for the City of New Orleans; and Britt Lake, Chief Program Officer of GlobalGiving. This discussion will focus specifically on what it takes to build and foster resiliency in communities, with a special focus on New Orleans and its recovery from Hurricane Katrina, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and the Great Recession.

The closing keynote will feature Bryan Stevenson, Founder and Executive Director of the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, Alabama. Stevenson has dedicated his career to helping the poor, the incarcerated and the condemned and has won numerous awards for his social justice working, including the ABA Wisdom Award for Public Service, the MacArthur Foundation Fellowship Award Prize, the Olaf Palme International Prize, the ACLU National Medal Of Liberty, the National Public Interest Lawyer of the Year Award, the Gruber Prize for International Justice and the Ford Foundation Visionaries Award. Get ready for some serious inspiration!

The Marketplace will be the go-to place for attendees looking for resource partners to join forces with and enhance fundraising success. One of those resource partners is ResultsPlus, setting up camp at Booth #326 during the conference. Our nonprofit CRM/donor management expert will be available throughout the conference to demonstrate ResultsPlus functionality, including the new integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP. For nonprofiteers who want to streamline their fundraising and eliminate the hassle of managing donor data in tedious spreadsheets, the ResultsPlus booth is a must-visit next week.

Will you be heading to AFPFC? We can't wait to see you in NOLA!
