Essential Elements (classroom training): August 13-15 – Head to our office in Rochester, MN and get hands-on training from our CRM experts. The class covers constituent, gift and pledge entry, mail merges, queries and more. From the basics to more advanced functionality, this class is essential for ResultsPlus users.
Want to learn from the comfort of your pool, deck, backyard or kayak? We invite you to join one of our virtual classes.
The Basics (virtual training): July 17 and August 21 – Start out strong with ResultsPlus by learning the basics! This online course covers the fundamentals, like adding constituent records and donations, creating simple queries and mail merges and running standard reports.
Donation Processing (virtual training): August 28 – As a fundraiser, you know that donations come into your organization in a variety of different forms. Learn how to process all the types of donations that you'll see in ResultsPlus, including split gifts, matching gifts, tributes, pledges, membership dues and more!
